    We Hengyan have mentioned in the previous passages about advangtages of steam car wash, but sometimes we should also learn from other ways of car wash. Steam wash isn't everything after all. And even steam can be free from chemicals, but for some special dirty, by assistance of detergent will be a great help in improving clenaing efficiency. If you only apply chemical on car wash, there will be chemical residues damaging the car, while steam can destroy and remove them effectively.   Considering of 1.5L-2L wash a car, steam wash should be a kind of waterless car wash actually. And it is more environmental, as well as effect of disinfection, bad smell killing and free of dead corner,etc.   Now in the following, let's learn from some myths of waterless car wash(here steam wash is not included): Myth #1: A Waterless Car Wash will scratch my car's paint. Avoiding scratching and marring comes down to technique and common sense. First, make sure you are using quality microfiber towels. My personal preference is to use towels with a minimum weight of 300 GSM (grams per square meter). Either look on the tag or ask the manufacturer for the weight of the towels. Next, when wiping the Waterless Car Wash formula from the surface of the vehicle, use light strokes to pick up dirt. There is no need to aggressively rub the formula on the car's surface. I typically take the approach of "wipe and lift" so that the contaminants are not dragging on the surface of the vehicle. Lastly, use common sense. If you are dealing with a surface that is muddy or sandy, you will obviously need a pre-rinse. Many people will argue that a pre-rinse defeats the purpose of a "waterless" car wash. Not in my opinion. With any method of washing your vehicle, whether it's waterless, rinseless or a hose and bucket...you'll need to somehow removes those heavy contaminants before cleaning the car. Otherwise you will definitely run into problems. Myth #2: It's not really "waterless" if you have to clean the microfiber towels in water. To tackle this myth, we need to first clarify what "waterless" means. When people first hear the term they automatically think it means using absolutely no water at all. While this would be nice, it's not realistic. In my personal opinion, it means using significantly LESS water than the other methods available to consumers. What are those methods? See Myth #5. So yes, you will need to clean the microfiber towels. The towels can easily be washed by letting them soak in a 1-gallon bucket of hot water with a little dish detergent. If you have a bunch of towels, save them all up and do one full load versus cleaning individually. There is also the misconception people have that the towels are disposed of after one use. Not true. The average microfiber towel can be washed and re-used up to 50 times. Considering that the average person cleans their cars once ever two weeks, the towels will last you for about two years before disposal. If you want to truly be "waterless" then perhaps you should not clean your car at all. But, for most of us who want to keep our vehicles looking nice and maintain their finish, a Waterless Car Wash is a great option. Myth #3: A quick detailing product and waterless car wash product are the exact same thing. I can't speak for all brands on this point but will do my best to address this myth. Typically Waterless Car Wash products have greater cleaning power than quick detailers. Waterless car wash products combine surfactants, lubricants and pH builders to help break down surface grime more effectively. Quick detailers on the other hand are primarily used to add an instant shine/gloss to a car's paint and are not specifically engineered for cleaning purposes. Myth #4: All waterless car wash products are the same. Not so. There are actually many differences between the various waterless car wash products out there. Here are some questions to ask when viewing the vast array of products: Water-based or petroleum-distillate based formula? Full ingredient disclosure on packaging and all CAS numbers on MSDS sheets? Does formula contain protective agents (e.g. silicone emulsion, carnauba wax, teflon, PEG, etc) Is there isopropyl alcohol used in the formula? Are bottles and sprayers 100% recyclable? Can the formula be used on both paint & windows? Is the product a private-label brand? Is the product made in the USA? Are there fragrances or dyes? Are they synthetic or natural?   • Steam Peformance in Domestic/Home Environment Evaluation
    According to a professional research carried out by Dr. Peter Kite, a Lead Clinical Microbiologist, we can find that steam has wonderful disinfection effect in home care cleaning.   Please check the following information from the Dr. Peter Kite's report:   This work was necessary to determine the effective killing of microbes in their own environment in which they embed themselves into adhesive self–generated slime (biofilm), in moist conditions. These specific conditions are found in bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, and showers. The protective biofilm can resist powerful chemical agents for prolonged periods. The condensing Super Heated Steam transfers it`s latent heat energy totally into the biofilm, which is composed of 97% water, and kills the organisms underneath. The results indicate a 90–100% kill rate was achieved. (Ref:– Domestic report.) S/H Steam Domestic Sampling Evaluations16.05.00 Objective: To determine the capacity of S/H steam to diminish or sterilise areas of domestic microbial bioload within a standard timeframe (30 sec) and area (1 sq ft) except where impractical i.e. taps/ showerhead.   • Scientific prove of steam performance in hospital cleaning
    Most of us have ever seen that doctors may use boiled water to disinfect syringe needle, while steam can reach the temperature of more than 100℃, so can steam have wonderful cleaning and disinfection effect in hospital cleaning and disinfection? The following research will be a scientific validation of steam vapor's potency as a disinfectant for environmental surfaces in a hospital. The February 2009 issue of the peer-reviewed American Journal of Infection Control (AJIC)published a study demonstrating that a proprietary steam vapor system destroyed tested bacteria in 5 seconds. The saturated steam vapor disinfection system utilizing a proprietary water treatment module was shown to destroy within 5 seconds a diverse assortment of pathogenic organisms, including vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecalis (VRE), methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), and C.  Diff.  This is dramatically faster than typical disinfection methods. The study, [Reduction in Infection Risk Through Treatment of Microbially Contaminated Surfaces With a Novel, Portable, Saturated Steam Vapor Disinfection System," was conducted by Dr. Benjamin Tanner, president and scientific director of Antimicrobial Test Laboratories.  It demonstrated the capability of a steam vapor disinfection system to kill microorganisms, reduce surface-mediated infection risks and serve as an alternative to chemical disinfectants.  According to Dr. Tanner:"Commercial steam vapor systems are designed to produce a targeted amount of high-quality, 'saturated' steam.  Saturated steam has relatively low moisture content, high temperature, and low particle size relative to steam produced by ordinary steam cleaners.  The heat delivered to surfaces by the steam is extraordinarily germicidal.  In fact, doctors and laboratories have relied on steam to disinfect critical equipment for decades.  A unique and very attractive attribute of steam as a germicide is that it is chemical-free. These include Staphylococci (including MRSA), Enterococci (including VREs), Coliforms (including Salmonella, Campylobacter and other enteric infective agents), and also fungi, including Aspergillus and yeasts. Furthermore the most thermal resistant pathogens causing HAI`s are Clostridium Difficile (C–Diff) spores and these can be reduced substantially (50–90%) using this Super Heated Steam process.   In his reports, as steam temperature rises that contacts microbes, the time needed to kill bacteria decreases (thermal kinetics often have exponential impact) In his study, 18 hour broth cultures of Enterococci, E.   • Steam car washer & industrial steam cleaner cleaning instruction
    1. Installation. The first time using Heng'An steam car washer or industrial steam cleaner, you need to install it. But it is very easy. (1) For electricical models, just connect electricity system (please refer to the manual book for the difference wiremap of 220V 1ph and 380V 3ph) , steam horse and steam gunjets. If you have tap water, please also connect it to the water tank for automatic water supply. Then just push on the swtich and press the start button. After minutes preheating, you will get steam standby for use. Once open the machine, you can spray steam all day long without stop. (2) For LPG(Liquefied Petorleum Gas) powered models, you needn't connect to any electricity system. Just put the gas balloon into the rack of the machine behind, and connect the gas tube. And please connect the two batteries which will power the control system of the machine. After installation of steam hose and steam gunjet, open the machine for steam. 2. Steam cleaning process.
